The living area of this beautiful house...
There is a glass slider at ground level on the beachside of the house off the living room making cookouts very convenient to the living room, downstairs kitchen, and bar. Also, on the first floor, the main living area has a comfortable seating area by the poolside sliding doors, a dining room table that seats six under a natural bricked dome

The pool area has a limestone pool deck, waterfall feature and a shallow area that’s perfect for lounging in the water. Sun lovers will enjoy working on their tans from either the furnished pool deck, private rooftop or the sandy beach, just a step off the pool deck.

The second floor is another tremendous living space with ample seating, fully equipped wet bar with built-in ice maker and wine cooler and custom television area. There is also a second kitchenette on one side of the living, with custom cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. The upstairs living room and bar have 2 large sliding doors that open to an ocean side terrace providing wonderful views of the beach.

The bedrooms at Casa Texana. On its first floor of Casa Texana are two ocean side bedrooms with king-size beds, private baths and sliding glass doors to the pool deck.

The private pool and beach access from the bedrooms is quite nice. A third bedroom on the first floor is on the garden side of the house and has two twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king.

The fourth bedroom, the master bedroom suite, is on the second level and has its own private ocean side balcony, sitting room with the domed brick ceiling above the master King size bed and private full bath. There is a powder room located in the upper living area. Another stairway from the second floor leads to the rooftop observation deck and a spectacular panoramic view of the Bay.

The terrace is fully furnished and has an exterior stairway down to the pool deck and beach, so you don’t have to walk through the house to get to the beach from the second floor. The upstairs living room and terrace have original stone carvings of Mayan design as well as an original Chac Mool statue providing an interesting location to relax and enjoy a meal, drinks, music or a good book. This is a great convenience arrangement.

There is a stairway from the second floor that takes you to the rooftop observation deck, where you could take a picture of the sunrise or look for stars at night.
