This rental vacation home offered in the lower-floor living room has plenty of comfort and convenience, such as embedded furniture, wood details, colorful Mexican-style cushions, flat-screen TV satellite, wireless internet. The large wooden glass dining table offers space for ten colorfully upholstered chairs.
Mexican art and paintings decorate the beautiful dining and living area as well as a grand view of the Caribbean Sea, which you’ll appreciate through the foliage of a palm tree.
All the Bedrooms at Villa Balam Ek offer a view of the Caribbean Sea and Half Moon Bay, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house. Each has a private bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king-size bed and an attached half-bedroom with a single bed. This is a nice arrangement for parents with a small child.
The second bedroom upstairs has two double beds and a single bed, perfect for kids. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a king-size bed, terrace with a hammock, and is closer to the swimming pool. This bedroom offers a wide door for wheelchair access and the bathroom as well. Ramps are also available upon request for the rest of the house.
The Guesthouse or casita is a nice independent apartment with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a king-size bed, a balcony with a beautiful view, a living room and kitchen, and an exterior bathtub and an oceanside patio.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a bed for everyone!
