Casa de las Conchas is a deluxe villa on a spectacular white sand beach with a gorgeous swimming pool in a private residential area of Akumal. What more could you want for a vacation villa in Paradise? There are two palapas on the beach with chairs and hammocks where you can totally relax, read a book and take a nap. There are also lounge chairs around the pool area and an outside table and chairs to have lunch around the pool.

The villa is located in South Akumal, 1.2 miles (2 km) south of Akumal and 60 miles south of Cancun. It is situated on one of the prettiest bays on the Caribbean coast and has incredible snorkeling and swimming. Until you've seen the sun rise over this bay, there's something in life you've missed.

The villa is approximately 4,000 square feet and has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, marble floors, granite kitchen counters, central air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a wet bar, and dramatic ceilings that feature twin brick domes. Two of the bedrooms are actually full suites with their own living room, dining room and kitchen areas. The Master Suite is huge and has an enormous elegant bathroom done in marble with beautiful columns beside the entry into the jacuzzi.

A $500 Usd refundable cash deposit is due upon arrival to cover any possible damage to the property during your stay.
