Casa Magica, “Magic House” in Spanish, sits beachfront on Jade Bay on the Riviera Maya, 5,000 sq. ft villa only an hour south of Cancun International Airport. Beyond the glass doors of the living area lies the swimming pool followed by the blues of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. A unique wooden gazebo borders the varied-depth swimming pool, both providing levels, steps, and comfortable chairs for sunning or relaxing in the breezy shade.

An open and spacious floor unites the living, kitchen and dining areas. Experience a traditional Mexican dinner served to you on the solid wood dining table, with comfortable seating for eight. If you’d rather do your own cooking, you will enjoy this enormous completely equipped kitchen. The living area is elegant and cozy, with amazing views.

This beautiful home features four bedrooms, and four and a half baths. The beachfront downstairs master suite has a king sized bed with breathtaking ocean views, a huge bath and oversized shower. The nearly identical upstairs master suite offers a private, covered oceanfront balcony, enormous bath with double sinks, shower and tub. Wake up with the amazing view of the Caribbean waters in the third bedroom also, offering a king sized bed, and private bath, and enormous oceanfront balcony. Finally, the fourth bedroom, with two queen beds and a private bath, showcases a jungle view through panoramic windows, and its own private ocean view balcony.

Jade Bay is a small quiet residential area which shares Akumal’s main bay. A stroll down the beach will lead you to the center of town and its restaurants, dive shops, etc. During the summer, endangered sea turtles will exit the ocean and lay their eggs on the beaches of Jade Bay. You chance being witness to the exquisite natural wonder of watching droves of baby turtles erupt from their nest in the sand and make their way to the mother ocean. Truly an experience of a lifetime!
