Villa Italiano is right on a wide sandy beach located in Aventuras Akumal on beautiful Maya Riviera. This is an excellent house for those who want Caribbean sunbathing and snorkeling at their front door. This house is the opportunity for a dream vacation come true.

The house has three comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, two are on the second floor and one is on the first floor. All face the beach and have either a private patio or terrace overlooking the beach and Caribbean. The kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances plus essentials like a toaster, coffee maker, blender and microwave. There is also a gas grill for cookouts on the beachside patio. By the patio is a private tanning area with lounges on the sand and a couple of hammocks facing the Caribbean. For your entertainment the house has a TV, VCR (some tapes), CD and tape player. For families with babies, up to 2 cribs can be provided as well as baby-sitting services (extra). A cook and laundry services can also be arranged for a modest fee. Daily maid service is included.

Aventuras Akumal is in a perfect location, ruins, cenotes, beach everything is near by, for relax vacations or fan, this is the place to stay. Who says there are no hidden treasures left in the Caribbean.
