Enjoy a most wonderful vacation in this fabulous home by the Caribbean Sea. Ina Tan Kanab is a large villa that looks out to sea from the rocky coast line between Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay in North Akumal. This house has just been refurbished by the owners. The overall design is very open, spacious and architecturally pleasing with exterior balconies, walkways, patios and a big tiled sun deck facing the Caribbean. For entertainment a stereo, tape/ CD player is provided but you may want to bring some of your own music. A wall of glass in the living room gives a dramatic view out on the Caribbean.


A gardener and maid are around most of the day to look after things. Baby-sitting and a cook can usually be arranged in advance for an additional charge. As it stands now, $35 pesos a head per meal plus groceries for the cook. The baby-sitting is $100 pesos from 6pm to midnight, $40 pesos per hour thereafter. These prices are subject to change. The house has four A/C bedrooms in two different buildings connected by first and second floor walkways. This location is convenient to restaurants in both north and central Akumal. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a charcoal grill. From the high terrace dominating the Caribbean's crystal clear waters, live the unforgettable experience of a tropical sunset overlooking the virgin jungle.
